Question 1

How can you deliver a website in 48 to 72 hours?

Accepted Answer

By eliminating agency bureaucracy and leveraging modern AI-assisted engineering workflows. When you work with Loom Arc Labs, you deal directly with the builder. There are no project managers writing internal briefs or waiting for approval chains. Once you share your content and brand details, we move straight into code and deployment.

Question 2

Do I truly own my website, code, and client assets?

Accepted Answer

100% yes — all client assets are 100% owned by the client from day one. We do not believe in holding client assets hostage. You purchase your domain directly under your own name (or we guide you through it on Hostinger/GoDaddy/Namecheap), and we deploy your site to an independent hosting account under your ownership (e.g. Vercel or Netlify). You receive all source code files, design assets, and administrative access upon project completion.

Question 3

Are there any hidden monthly fees or lock-in contracts?

Accepted Answer

None whatsoever. Our Starter and Growth packages are one-time payments. Standard static hosting on platforms like Vercel is free for typical small business traffic. If you want ongoing maintenance, backups, and text updates, you can optionally subscribe to our Care & Support Retainer (₹999–₹1,499/mo), but it is completely optional.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

For clients in India, we accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) and direct IMPS/NEFT bank transfers. For international clients, we accept Wise and international bank wire transfers.

Question 5

What is the payment schedule?

Accepted Answer

For standard projects, we work on a simple 50% advance to initiate the project and the remaining 50% upon final staging review before your custom domain goes live.

Question 6

What if I need an e-commerce store or complex web application?

Accepted Answer

Currently, our core focus and rapid turnaround apply to marketing websites, landing pages, and local business showcase sites. If you need custom checkout, user accounts, or complex web applications, that falls under our Custom tier starting from ₹29,999, which requires an upfront scoping conversation to confirm feasibility and timelines.

Question 7

What is the Founding Client Offer and why is it discounted?

Accepted Answer

As an early-stage studio, real-world case studies and authentic client feedback are our highest priority. We offer our Starter package at a heavily discounted rate (₹2,999–₹3,999) strictly capped at 2–3 slots per month. In exchange, you agree to provide an honest review and allow us to feature your completed website in our portfolio.

Question 8

Do I have to write all the website text myself?

Accepted Answer

No. You just need to share basic bullet points about your business, services, pricing, and phone numbers. We use our AI-augmented copywriting workflow to refine and structure clear, persuasive, search-optimized text for your review.

Everything you need to know, before spending a rupee.
