Welcome to Loom Arc Labs. By engaging our remote consulting services, using our website, or contracting our pre-engineered blueprint deployments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Remote Consulting & Alignment

Loom Arc Labs operates as a digital-first, remote consulting firm. Project alignment begins with a 15-minute blueprint alignment call where we establish asset guidelines, target parameters, brand assets, and local SEO focus keys. The client is responsible for supplying all required assets (copy, branding, logos, reviews) within the agreed alignment window.

2. The 48-Hour Speed Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of our custom 1-page design blueprint within 48 hours. This delivery guarantee is governed strictly by the following conditions:

• The 48-hour timeline commences immediately upon successful completion of the alignment call and receipt of all required copy and asset folders.
• Delivery is defined as deploying the functional template to a live, staging or production hosting server.
• If we exceed the 48-hour benchmark, the setup and deployment fee is 100% free of charge.

3. Hosting & Digital Deployment Agreements

Loom Arc Labs deploys reference architectures directly to optimized global edge servers (low-latency CDN networks) under our managed hosting agreements. Codebase maintenance is handled strictly on our side to protect overall site speed, 100/100 Lighthouse performance metrics, and technical security profiles.

Custom domain routing and SSL configurations are handled as part of the initial onboarding setup. Routine software updates and system security maintenance are provided under our monthly technical suite terms.

4. Technical Intellectual Property

Our pre-engineered layouts, modular styling systems, and custom speed optimization scripts constitute our proprietary technical blueprints. The client is granted an exclusive, perpetual operational license to host their website on our edge server networks. Redistribution, selling, or reverse-engineering of our proprietary source blueprints is strictly prohibited.
